VpPf - Window cleaners' platform
Description
VpPf has been an innovative development process with the aim of digitizing a pragmatic work process for craftsmen. The first phase focused on window cleaners' work routines and processes as primary prototypes before the functionality was implemented and put into use. The user-centred design process has been based on user needs and development requirements. In collaboration with three back-end developers, my primary focus was to ensure ease of use between data, programming and interface. Page Mapping, user testing, programming challenges and data organization were central tasks.

Competition Benchmarking
Competitors' products, both direct and indirect competitors, have been studied to evaluate their strategies and services. This provides insight into market trends as well as what is relevant or irrelevant to integrate into the products in relation to the other offers.
Information architecture
My central focus in this process has been to create, organize and reconsider how the platform's information is communicated, as well as how it is sorted into a holistic solution. This involves a combination of data display, information sorting in index cards, general navigation and interaction between different information components.

User experiences
The user's challenge has been the constant consumption of working time on administrative tasks and transport instead of focusing on the core services. The platform therefore had to replace the analogue and sheet-based organization with a personalized customer file and a more efficient working day. Valuable features must be added to the platform to create attractive value for users. This journey outlines the complex working day of craftsmen and possible automation functions to deliver a holistic and value-adding solution.
